"Breath Aware- Navigating from the Nervous System."

You are invited to join us at My Me Consulting for a work shop focused on using a variety of breath work, movement, and visualization techniques to explore the fundamental connection between our breath and nervous system.

Through guided exercises, you will practice improving your awareness of the sensations in your body, the thoughts in your mind and changes that occur over the span of time you are engaged in the activity.

Our goal is to share practices that will help you will learn to interpret your body’s signals and observe changes to your nervous system. The state of our nervous system has a direct effect on our ability to cope in stressful, difficult situations. By integrating movement with breath work and a variety of tools we can develop a greater sense of ease and resilience.

This workshop is suitable for adults seeking to improve their emotional well-being and develop healthier responses to life's challenges. Join us to discover how breath awareness can empower you to navigate your nervous system more effectively, leading to improved mental clarity, reduced anxiety, and enhanced overall well-being.

All participants must be 18 years or older.

Participants are requested to have cameras on during event.

Participants will be asked to stand, sit and move in a variety of ways, some with a fair degree of vigor. Modifications will be offered for seated participants.
